Visitors and companions abide by the following rules while receiving health care:

Visitor and Companion Rules

Our visiting hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day.

Our visiting hours for the Intensive Care Unit are between 13.00-14.00 and 20.00-21.00 every day.

For the health of our patients, we recommend not having more than two visitors at the same time and limiting the visit time to 10 minutes.

Please do not bring children under the age of 7 as visitors.

A visitor who is in the room after 22:00 is accepted as a companion. Only 1 companion can accompany our patients in all our rooms.

If visiting and/or companion practice is prohibited by our physician, please take care to comply.

Follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals during your visit for patients in isolation.

Pay attention to the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.

Wash your hands before and after the visit or provide hand disinfection.

Be careful not to do behaviors such as crying and shouting in front of your patient that will reflect your emotional state, as it may harm our patient.

We ask that no food be brought from outside. Please do not accept food and drink from outside to protect the health of our patients.

Ground flowers are not accepted due to the risks of carrying infection. Ground flowers on behalf of your patient will be delivered at discharge.

Do not interfere with the treatment materials related to the patient.

Do not use mobile phones in areas where medical equipment is used.

We kindly request you not to use appliances such as kettles in patient rooms as they may cause technical problems.

Do not speak loudly.

Pets are not accepted in our hospital.

Smoking is strictly prohibited outside the designated areas in our hospital.
